2. Role of Travel by Kinda LLC

Travel by Kinda LLC acts as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between you (the traveler) and various third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and cruise lines.

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers. We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers and therefore cannot guarantee their performance.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Quotes are valid for a limited time and are subject to change until deposits or full payments are received.

  • Payment terms, deposit requirements, and cancellation policies vary by supplier.

  • Final payment must be made by the specified due date to secure your reservation.

  • Failure to pay by the due date may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of deposits.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email).

  • Refunds are subject to the policies of the travel suppliers. Some services are non-refundable or partially refundable.

  • Travel by Kinda LLC may charge a planning or cancellation fee, which is non-refundable once services are rendered.

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

5. Changes and Revisions

Once a booking is confirmed, any changes (such as date modifications or name corrections) may incur additional fees from both the supplier and Travel by Kinda LLC. We will always inform you of these costs before making changes.

6. Travel Documents and Requirements

​

You are responsible for ensuring that all travelers have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documentation. Travel by Kinda LLC is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

7. Travel Insurance

​

We highly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, delays, or lost luggage.

8. Limitation of Liability

​

Travel by Kinda LLC shall not be held responsible for:

  • Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.

  • Cancellations, delays, or changes due to weather, strikes, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Loss, damage, injury, or expenses arising from your participation in any travel service or activity.

Your sole recourse shall be against the supplier providing the service.

9. Client Responsibilities

By booking through Travel by Kinda LLC, you agree to:

  • Review all itinerary details and travel documents upon receipt.

  • Notify us immediately of any discrepancies.

  • Adhere to all supplier rules, payment deadlines, and policies.

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. Details collected during the booking process are used solely to arrange your travel and will not be sold or shared without your consent.
