1. Parties

This Travel Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Travel by Kinda LLC (“Agent,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the undersigned client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”).

2. Purpose

This Agreement outlines the terms under which Travel by Kinda LLC will provide professional travel planning and booking services to the Client. By signing below or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

3. Scope of Services

Travel by Kinda LLC agrees to assist with travel research, itinerary creation, and booking arrangements as discussed with the Client. Services may include but are not limited to:

Custom itinerary design
Flight, resort, cruise, and tour reservations
Group or destination event planning
Excursion or transportation coordination

All arrangements are made on behalf of the Client through third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).

4. Planning Fee

A non-refundable planning fee is required to begin your travel planning. It compensates for time, expertise, and communication and will be applied to your final payment once all travel costs are paid, unless otherwise noted.

5. Booking and Payments

Once the Client approves a proposal, Travel by Kinda LLC will confirm bookings with selected suppliers.

Payment deadlines and deposit amounts vary by supplier.
The Client is responsible for timely payments.
Failure to pay by the specified due date may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposits.

All supplier terms and conditions apply to the Client’s booking.

6. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

All cancellations must be made in writing.

Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the supplier’s policies.
Travel by Kinda LLC may charge a separate cancellation or change fee for time spent managing adjustments.
Planning fees are non-refundable once services have begun.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate information for all travelers.
Review all documents and itineraries upon receipt.
Secure all necessary travel documents (passports, visas, vaccinations, etc.).
Communicate promptly regarding any changes or issues.

Travel by Kinda LLC is not responsible for delays or denials due to missing or incorrect documentation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Travel by Kinda LLC acts solely as an intermediary between the Client and independent suppliers. We are not responsible for the acts, errors, or omissions of suppliers or for events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or pandemics.

The Client agrees to hold harmless and release Travel by Kinda LLC from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or financial loss arising from booked travel services.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Richmond, VA.

10. Acknowledgment

By signing below (or submitting payment electronically), the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this Travel Services Agreement and the full Terms and Conditions available at travelbykinda.com.
